Abstract  The sea an the increasing geopolitical value, and the China Sea Waters possess even moreoutstanding strategic significance of geopolitics. Modern China is now faced with a of her coastal ereas and territorial seas being nibbled by small powers. So it is a long-termresponsibility for the Chinese nation to defend her sea rights.
